spaghetti squash seeds


may sound a little funny, but holy cow these are delicious! 
we eat them within a few hours of making them. :)
after we make spaghetti squash we save the seeds & roast them.

>scoop the seeds & pulp out of the squash
>remove the pulp & rinse them
>toss them in coconut oil, salt & garlic powder
>roast at 400 for a few mins
>stir them a couple times so they brown evenly
